Understanding the graph:

  • The graph depicts 2010 and 2015 data for the percent of the population that are low income and have low access to supermarkets. The dotted line represents Wisconsin, which had 5.0% in 2010 and 2015.

Findings:

  • Fond du Lac County (WI) shows a large increase from 2010 to 2015 where the other comparative counties saw less than a 1% increase or even a decrease.
  • Fond du Lac County (WI) has the second highest percent of individuals that fall in low income and low access to supermarkets category and has a greater percent than Wisconsin, marked by the dotted line.
