Understanding the graph:

• The graph identifies the rate of child abuse and neglect per 1,000 children in Wisconsin and the Wisconsin comparative counties.

Findings:

• Each county as well as the state saw an increase in rate of child abuse and neglect from 2012 to 2015. Fond du Lac County (WI) has the highest.
