This population is the future of our community and will influence community growth over the next few decades. The similarities and differences in this data can be used to bridge understanding between today’s influencers and the influencers of tomorrow. In this category, we’ll take a look at high school graduation rates, college completions, diversity in schools, educational attainment, free and reduce lunch, and more.
It’s no secret we have a talent shortage. Measuring our community’s educational attainment and achievement of youth and young adults assists our community partners in developing workforce and talent strategies to fill existing and forecasted job openings.
