Understanding the graph:

• The 2017 average monthly housing costs are displayed in deep blue on the graph above for the 6 comparative counties. The grey and light blue data points indicate the high and low range of owner costs/rent within each county.

Findings:

• Fond du Lac County (WI) has the highest average monthly owner costs/rent. Each comparative county has a similar range in owner costs/rent, with the exception of Manitowoc County (WI).
